  1. Those poor citizens in New Albany, we need to go down and help them with a "revolt'. Throw them all out of office I say.

  5. I HAD NO IDEA THIS TOWN EXISTED UNTIL LAST YEAR. ISN'T THAT THE GROUP WHO BROUGHT HUNDREDS OF PROTESTERS LAST YEAR TO INDY? I'M STILL PRETTY IMPRESSED!!!!! THIS ONE MIGHT UNFOLD TO BE PRETTY BAD.
LET'S SEE IF THE TAXPAYERS CALL FOR ENGLAND'S HEAD ON A PLATTER.

  6. One good way to reduce corruption is to reduce the size of government. The orginal intent of the constitution was not to empower government but to empower the individual and limit the power. Based on what I read, people are dropping the ball and some people are fighting back.

  7. You should EXPECT high paid (or not) elected officials to be 100% honest. This guy sounds like a real loser and a crook. We demand elected officials to be 100% honest. Ask yourselves what is that council doing? Sounds like nothing to me. When I read this posting alls I saw was anotherDishonest, elected official. Here we thought we had it SO bad up here in Indianapolis.

  8. This is what happens when people get elected because of attributes other than ethical foritude and qualifications. It sounds like to me everything revolves around this jerk, and I mean jerk. He must think everything revolves around his wants and needs to be spend all that money. All I can say is God help that city.

  9. Yell it sounds like to me this crooked official thinks he can buy what ever he/they want. I'm with the rest of you. Our state needs to solve the problem of corruption once and for all. Put Baier, England and all the rest in jail.

  11. England surely took an oath of office as mayor to honestly and faithfully serve his city, but it looks to me that he shamelessly exploited his position for personal gain. Is being a sc*mbag a requirement to be a politician? How many times a month do we hear about Mayors, and council members stealing from the tax payers? It's obvious when you read this, that's what he's doing.

  12. There doesn't seem to be an honest politician in this state. With each one of them it's just a case of take as much as you can until you get caught. When you're caught they get a slap on the wrist but keep what you stole along with your pensions. How do these people sleep of a night? I wonder how many white envelopes are floating around?

  15. These elected officials don't even work! So what makes us think that they understand or guve a damn. They sure don't understand the working middle class people. Or they would pass property tax reform. Keep fighting the good fight taxpayers, we got your back!
